For me, I have some special places, but Hawaii is one in particular that I had a good time with my family. Hawaii is a significant place with attractive sceneries, activities to do and a welcoming atmosphere. One reason I love Hawaii is there are some of the most heavenly sceneries in the world. First, Hawaii has many beautiful beaches with different colors and a very distinct smell. For example, behind Kaunaoa beach is a beautiful scenery of waterfalls and mountains engulfed in fog or the yellow sand beach in Coast Wailea with clear waters, clean and wide beach. Even one green sand beach in Papakolea was formed thousands of years ago by the flooding of a volcanic crater. My mother and I really liked hearing the blue ocean calling out to us with its soothing voice. Swimming in the ocean is so relaxing, we specially enjoyed it when the water was the perfect temperature. Second, some of the most beautiful sceneries that Hawaii has are fantastic mountains. Much of the mountains sit below the ocean. So, my head was always spinning because there was a lot of things to do and explore. According to World Trade Organisation, sustainable competition in the tourism can be possible by way of appropriate policies regarding cultural values, environmental resources and economic results. It should be bored in mind that the policies should not oppose the environmental resources and should maintain the biodiversity policies. Reward system is one of the appropriate policies. The prime objective of the policies is to develop the standard of business and create competitiveness among the service providers. However, the policies should not go against the society and ethics (Timothy 2017). The Ministry of Foreign Affairs are responsible for the tourism in Bahrain. The ministry has been established by the decree of 1971 and has imposed with the responsibility to implement policies regarding the tourism and other international businesses. The policies are implemented to describe the vision and mission of the foreign policies. The nature of work done by the ministry is diplomatic and arranges the summits and meetings related to the work. There is no particular institution present in Bahrain to deal with the tourism business and Foreign affairs are responsible for it in general. A mixed cultural civilisation can be found in Bahrain and the openness of Bahrain allows the tourists to be connected with the tradition of Bahrain. In this way, tourism creates impacts on the culture. Environmental sustainability of tourism is very important. It has been observed that the negative impacts of tourism affect the process of sustainability. Proper evaluation regarding this topic is necessary. The increasing rate of air pollution, land degradation and shortage water resources are certain negative impacts. At a first glance it may not seem like I have changed a lot, but as I look through my past assignments, I have realized I've changed a lot as a writer. My writing is stronger, is easier to read, and more comprehensive. Not only have I noticed a difference in my writing, but I have also noticed that I also do a lot of weird things while writing essays.With the different techniqu es taught to me through the years, I realized I have picked up some good and bad habits that have affected my writing in many ways. The first thing I do is start off with my bad habit; procrastination. Whenever I write an essay, I always start it with the procrastination stage. I figure that to write my best, I need to take a quick nap to reenergize my brain. So I can awake to having a fresh and clear mind. However, the quick little nap usually ends up being 4-hour long waste of time. To make matters worse, when I wake up I am starving. So then what do I have to do? I have to make myself some food because how can I work on an empty stomach. It's just not possible. I then go to my other best friend the refrigerator to make my favorite snack- apples and peanut butter. So after I have made my delicious snack, I finally sit down at my desk and start all the other homework just to prolong the process more. Moreover, the best experience of organizations is to find out the leadership role as a key factor in all Job levels and that they are committed to create effective leaders across their organizations. Developing more individual and better leaders is not the only focusing point of leadership development although this issue is still very important.Leadership is increasingly defined in a way that it is not Just related to leader's acts rather it is a process which creates a new generation of leaders and effective relations that their focus is on leaders and colleagues' interaction (La]Verdi, 2011). Organizational performance Organizational performance is obtaining or ganizational and social purposes or going beyond them and conducting responsibilities undertaken by people (Heresy and Blanchard, 1996: 504). 55 Research hypotheses Primary hypothesis There is a relationship between leadership development and employees' performance. Secondary hypotheses 1- There is a allegations between coaching and employees' performance. 2- There is a relationship between education and development and employees' performance. 3- There is a relationship between empowerment and employees' performance. 4- There is a relationship between participation in decision-making and employees' performance. 5- There is a relationship between authorization and employees' performance.Conceptual model of the survey In this survey leadership development and its dimensions (coaching, education and development, empowerment, participation in decision-making and authorization) are regarded as independent rabbles and performance is regarded as dependent variable. Statistical population included employees of Customs headquarters in 2011.Volume of the statistical population was equal to 678 persons among which 386 persons were male and 292 persons were female. Sample volume was determined equal to 250 persons using Creakier and Morgan table and relative class sampling method was used. Therefore, portion of each class (male and female employees) was first calculated in the statistical population and the same ratio was observed in the sample too. Statistical sample of employees contains 142 males and 108 females by gender separation.Two researcher self-made questionnaires were used for leadership development and performance to collect the required data. Although these questionnaires were standard and normalized, views of advisor and guiding professors were review ed to determine validity of the questionnaires. Cockroach alpha coefficients of leadership development and employees' performance questionnaires ware equal to 0. 89 and 0. 86 respectively which illustrated high reliability of both questionnaires. Results were analyzed through SPAS software.Analyzing results As variables under study follow normal distribution Pierson correlation coefficient is used in this survey to study the relationship among variables. Secondary hypotheses Hypothesis 1: HO: there is no positive relationship between coaching and employees' performance.
